For a round in Pattaya, favor courses you can finish in the morning. Pleasant Valley opens its restaurant at 05:30 and Rayong Green Valley does too, so breakfast is done before an early tee-off.
When showers linger, clubhouse facilities decide the day. Rayong Green Valley has a massage open until 22:30, and Treasure Hill has lockers, a storage room and a range open to 16:00. Crystal Bay's restaurant opens only at 10:00, so there is little to wait in early on.
Drainage and cart rules vary with the terrain. Most Pleasant Valley holes are beside water and carts may not enter the fairway in the rain, while Hermes restricts carts on some holes depending on course condition. With parents along, gauge the walking.
Refund terms are generally strict. Rayong Green Valley, Pleasant Valley, Crystal Bay, Hermes and Pattavia are noted as giving no refund for bad weather, so on an unsettled day set the tee time in the morning.
