Whether you can carry on after rain varies by course. Phoenix Gold and Riverdale issue rain-check coupons, Royal Gems and Alpine do not refund, and Windsor Park depends on instructions at the club. The same rain gives different outcomes, so read the terms first.
Cart rules are another wet-day variable. RG City may keep carts off the fairway in the rain, and Windsor Park does not allow fairway entry on its A and B courses. With parents in the group, estimate how much extra walking a cart-path-only round adds.
A 36-hole course is a fallback when the day shifts. Lam Lukka's East and West courses and Windsor Park's four courses make it easy to assign a different course on a different day. Lotus Valley expects 18 consecutive holes, so a mid-round break does not fit.
