The Company shall promptly notify the user of the reason and refund the payment within three (3) business days from the date payment was received, or take
necessary measures for such refund, in any of the following cases:
- 1. If the Travel Product booked or purchased by the user becomes unavailable or sold out
- 2. If the user cancels the purchase or booking request under Article 14 Paragraph ①, or if the booking is canceled pursuant to Article 15 Paragraph ②
- 3. If the Travel Supplier unilaterally discontinues the Travel Product without prior notice
