For Songkran golf in Bangkok, order matters. With April highs of 35 to 40 degrees, the smoothest plan is to start around 06:00, finish within the morning and join the Silom, Siam Square or Khao San water zones in the afternoon. Silverlake Links and Bangpoo open their restaurants at 05:30, allowing the earliest starts.
You can also flip the order. Legacy, The Pine and Rachakram run night golf, so you can enjoy the festival by day and play in the evening. In that case, rehydrate well through the day and check the lighting hours for your date.
Travel time decides when you can reach the festival. Navatanee is 30 to 40 minutes from the city and the Royal Golf club in Lad Krabang is 10 to 15 minutes from the airport, so getting into town after the round is easy. Rachakram is 1 hour 10 minutes away, so travel the day before or clear a whole day.
Cart and weekday rules bear directly on stamina. Navatanee reserves weekend mornings for members, and at the Vintage Club nine extra holes cost the same green fee as 18, so you can decide by the heat whether to stop at 18. At Lad Krabang, a tee time after 14:00 does not guarantee a full 18.
