Pattaya spas in the Songkran season fall into two itineraries. Wan Lai follows the April 13-15 days and is held on Beach Road on April 17-19, so for Beach Road, Maai Spa inside Amari Pattaya and Avani Spa are close, and for Pattaya Sai, Tea Tree and Gangnam Barber Shop are near.
For skin that has run hot, check program names first. Baansuan's Pattaya Sunrise includes a 45-minute aloe vera massage, and Gangnam Barber Shop does an aloe gel facial massage and cucumber mask. Avani highlights a Vitamin C shower with scrub and steam rituals.
Closing time is the biggest difference. YHI Spa at Melia is open to midnight, Baansuan to 22:00, and Avani to 22:00 only on Friday and Saturday. Maai closes at 20:00 and Tea Tree and Arbour at 21:00, so stop in right after the afternoon plans.
Look at group makeup too. Tea Tree and Arbour Spa centre on couple rooms, good for two people side by side, and Maai lets you take two programs in one room. Pregnant guests are listed as not accepted at Maai, Arbour and Avani.
Songkran fares and hours can differ from usual. Travel on Beach Road can slow down on Wan Lai days, so leave slack before your booking and check the current product details.
