Good to know before you book
At a Doi Saket Thep Sadet farm, the coffee experience starts with picking cherries, then making a coffee-cherry necklace, roasting beans and brewing a cup. The 08:00 pickup, Thai lunch, coffee you make and a small souvenir are included, with an English-speaking guide and return transport to the Tha Phae Gate or Nimman area.
Baan Kang Wat brings together independent studios, craft shops and cafés. The Elefin Farm & Cafe outing pairs that creative village atmosphere with a relaxed café stop, making it a slower alternative to a trekking day or a temple-heavy itinerary.
For a different crop, the organic tea-garden visit includes seeing tea grown, picked and processed, tasting four or five black teas, and time in the tea house. A meal can be added through the tea-house package, which requires two guests.
The private Mon Jam route leaves at 13:00, visits Elefin Farm Cafe and the highland retreat at about 1,300 metres, and returns to town around 18:00. It is priced per vehicle and built around cafés and views. A separate morning bike tour passes markets, lanes and a hill-tribe village area before finishing at 11:00; the bike, helmet, guide and insurance are included, while round-trip pickup is extra.
