- If the driver needs to wait beyond the complimentary 90-minute period, an additional fee of JPY2000 will apply for every 30 minutes. Please pay the driver directly in cash.
- After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, head straight to the Meeting Point without stopping elsewhere. In most cases, you’ll meet the driver within the complimentary 90-minute waiting period. - ✅ Information about flight delays
- - If you choose a Pick-up option scheduled according to your flight’s actual landing time, the operator will adjust the Pick-up time if your flight is delayed or rescheduled.

- The driver is responsible for driving the vehicle and does not provide luggage-handling services.
- The driver cannot carry your luggage to the airport check-in counters, departure or arrival halls, or hotel lobby.

- If you do not request a car seat and cannot use the vehicle service on the day of your booking, no refund or compensation will be provided.
