Monkeytravel[TOTO Booking Co., Ltd.] Signing up is quick, easy, and secure. Non-members can browse products freely, but points are available only to members.

Use the menu at the top of the homepage to browse by category, or search directly by product name.

On the product detail page, select your date, party size, and options, then click [Book]. You can also review the free-cancellation terms and other important information. To book multiple products at once, add them to your cart.

Fill in the details required for your reservation. Members will have their information pre-filled automatically, and non-members can book with just basic contact details.

Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase. All payments are processed in a secure environment, and your booking is submitted instantly upon completion.
If the payment window is closed or payment fails, you can resume payment from your booking history.

Once payment is complete, we’ll send your booking request to the operator. Confirmation usually takes up to 30 minutes, but may take longer in some cases.
Payment does not guarantee confirmation. If we cannot confirm your booking because the booking deadline has passed or for another reason, we’ll issue a full refund.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll receive the voucher from the operator and send it to you by email and notification. The [Voucher] button will also become available in your booking history. Please review the voucher to make sure all booking details are correct.

Once you have your voucher, your reservation is all set! Simply present it on the day of your activity and enjoy. We hope you have a wonderful and safe trip!
