Before requesting a price match, please note the following.

1. Before making a request, add the product you'd like price-matched to your cart. For products without a listed price, please submit a quote inquiry instead.
2. Make sure the lower-priced product matches ours under the exact same conditions — including the final price with taxes, breakfast inclusion, cancellation policy, etc.
3. Please make your request before completing payment.

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

Hotel products not marked with the Best Price Guarantee badge
Limited-time special promotions offered by other travel sites
Rates that reflect loyalty points, credit-card discounts, or other member benefits from another site
Abnormally low prices intended to undermine or harm a competitor
Prices caused by a pricing error on a competitor’s site (error fares)
Car services whose vehicle condition, driver service, or safety standards cannot be verified or compared
