- The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes after your flight arrives.
- If the driver needs to wait beyond the complimentary waiting period, an additional JPY2000 will be charged for every 30 minutes. Please pay the driver directly in cash.
- After completing immigration and collecting your baggage, proceed directly to the Meeting Point without stopping elsewhere. You should usually meet the driver within the complimentary 90-minute waiting period. - ✅ Flight Delay Information
- - If you choose the Pick-up option timed to your flight’s actual landing time, the operator will adjust the Pick-up time if your flight is delayed or rescheduled.

- The driver cannot carry your luggage to the airport check-in counter, departure or arrival hall, or hotel lobby.

- If you do not request a child seat and are unable to use the vehicle on the day of your trip, the service cannot be provided. Refunds or compensation are not available for this reason.
