- Your driver will wait for up to 90 minutes after your flight arrives.
- If your driver needs to wait beyond the complimentary waiting period, an additional JPY4000 will be charged for every 30 minutes. Please pay the driver directly in cash.
- After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, head straight to the Meeting Point without stopping elsewhere. In most cases, you’ll meet your driver within the complimentary 90-minute waiting period. - ✅ What to do if your flight is delayed
- - If you select the Pick-up option timed to your flight’s actual landing, the operator will adjust the Pick-up time if your flight is delayed or rescheduled.
- 🧳 Luggage Information

- The driver is responsible for operating the vehicle and does not provide luggage handling.
- The driver cannot carry luggage to the airport check-in counter, departure or arrival hall, or hotel lobby.
- Please hand your luggage to the driver and collect it from them at the vehicle. - 👶 Child Car Seat Information

- If you are traveling with a child under 6, the law requires a child seat suitable for the child’s size to be installed and used.
- If you do not request a child seat and are unable to use the vehicle on the day of your trip, you will not be able to use the service. No refunds or compensation will be provided for this reason.
