Overview
Important Information: According to the latest policies in Hong Kong/Taiwan, real-name registration must be completed before using this product. (In Taiwan, one real-name identification document can be used for up to 3 eSIMs. In Hong Kong, one real-name identification document can be used for up to 10 eSIMs. )

Note: Hong Kong does not support authentication with a Hong Kong ID card, and Taiwan does not support authentication with a Macau ID card.
After arriving at your destination, please connect to the internet to install and activate the eSIM. Do not install this eSIM outside the destination country/region, as this may cause early activation and billing, shortening the valid usage period of the data plan.
[Installing eSIM]
1. Open the QR code attachment in your Trip. com APP order and print it in advance or save it to another electronic device. (iOS 17 and above systems and some Android phones can directly save the QR code image to the phone. )
2. Open Cellular (iOS) or SIM Card Manager (Android) in Settings.
3. With your phone connected to the internet, click "Add Cellular Plan" (iOS) or "Add SIM Card" (Android), then scan the QR code to install.
4. If scanning fails, you can enter the "SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code" from your order voucher to install.
5. If steps 3 or 4 fail, your phone may be network-locked by your home carrier (unable to use other carriers' network bands). You need to contact your carrier to unlock it before using the eSIM.
Setting Up Internet Access
[Using eSIM]
1. Turn off your primary SIM card and turn on the eSIM network switch.
2. Enable Cellular Data (iOS) or the SIM card (Android).
3. Turn on Data Roaming.
4. If you still cannot access the internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart your phone. See details below.
[About APN]
1. If you purchased an eSIM covering multiple countries/regions, when arriving in a new area and unable to connect, please manually switch the APN (normally it switches automatically).
2. Setting path: Cellular > Cellular Data Network, or Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Names > Add.
3. Enter APN: cmhk
4. Restart your phone.
[How to Use Renewal Orders]
Renewal orders will activate automatically after the initial data plan's validity period ends. Do not scan the QR code to install again.
1. For plans with high-speed data that slows down after usage, the slowed-speed data will be used first until the initial plan's validity period ends. Restart your phone to start using the renewed data plan.
2. For plans with high-speed data that stops after usage, after the high-speed data is used up, restart your phone to start using the renewed order.
If you need to use the eSIM on another device, please click "Re-book" instead of "Apply for Renewal". Renewed data plans do not support switching to a different device.

If there is no EID, eSIM cannot be used.
The phone is not a carrier-locked device.Check method: Confirm with your carrier whether your device is carrier-locked.*Please check if you meet the above conditions before purchasing. eSIM can only function properly if all conditions are satisfied.
[Enabling Data Roaming] Please ensure the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.
However, to avoid accidental activation in a non-destination country which may prematurely consume your data plan, it is recommended to connect to the network, activate, and enable the eSIM only after arriving at your destination.
To ensure your normal internet connection, please try to avoid prolonged video watching/downloading, software updates, sharing your internet connection (hotspot) with others, or other data-intensive usage behaviors.
