Abeno Harukas 300 Observatory
After collecting your ticket and ascending by dedicated high-speed lift from the 16th floor lobby, you'll emerge at the 58th floor to begin your sky-high exploration of Harukas 300. The indoor floors house sky lounges with floor-to-ceiling windows, a curated Harukas Museum showcasing art and cultural exhibitions, and a stylish sky café where guests can enjoy a drink or light meal while taking in sweeping views of the Osaka cityscape stretching in every direction.
The highlight of any visit is the 60th floor Tenbō Terrace , an open-air wraparound observation walk at a full 300 metres above ground. Here, the city unfolds beneath your feet through glass floor panels and open-air railings, creating an exhilarating sensory experience unlike any other observatory in Japan. Whether bathed in golden afternoon light or shimmering under the evening city glow, Harukas 300 offers a perspective on Osaka that is as awe-inspiring on the hundredth visit as it is on the first.
