- Closed on the first Wednesday of December and the following day.
- Ticket includes entry to the aquarium only; other facilities in Ocean Expo Park may require separate admission.
- Pets are not allowed inside the aquarium (except guide dogs).
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent on-site.
