Basic Information
SHIBUYA SKY is a popular observation deck located at the top of Shibuya Scramble Square, a landmark building directly connected to Shibuya Station. Standing approximately 229 meters above ground, it offers breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Tokyo.
The observation facility consists of three main areas: SKY GATE, an interactive transition space from the 14th to the 45th floor; SKY GALLERY, an indoor observation area on the 46th floor; and SKY STAGE, an open-air rooftop observation deck.
From the rooftop, visitors can enjoy spectacular views of Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Tokyo's skyline, and even Mount Fuji on clear days. The glass-walled Sky Edge is also a popular photo spot.
With its open-air observation deck and impressive city views, SHIBUYA SKY is a great place to experience Tokyo from a different perspective, especially around sunset and in the evening.

Monkey Tips
Visiting around sunset is recommended for those who want to enjoy both daytime views and Tokyo's beautiful night scenery. As popular time slots may sell out, booking tickets online in advance is recommended.
SHIBUYA SKY is open from 10:00 to 22:30, with the last admission at 21:20. Visitors should arrive at the 14th-floor entrance of Shibuya Scramble Square in time for their reserved admission slot.
For safety reasons, bags, hats, tripods, selfie sticks, and other loose items are not permitted on the rooftop. Lockers are available on the 46th floor, while large suitcases should be stored elsewhere before visiting.
The outdoor observation deck may close without prior notice due to rain, strong winds, or other weather conditions. Checking the official website before visiting is recommended.
On clear days, visitors may also enjoy views of Mount Fuji in the distance. Please follow staff instructions and photography restrictions when visiting the rooftop.
