Booking

This product cannot be added to the cart, and only one booking can be made at a time.
Bookings are confirmed immediately after payment, regardless of business hours, and the booking confirmation can be issued right away.
Please enter the guest’s English name exactly as shown on the passport. Guests may be denied check-in if the name does not match the passport.
Requests will be forwarded directly to the hotel. However, whether the request can be accommodated can only be confirmed at check-in and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
All room assignments are determined by the hotel. Although uncommon, even if a double or twin bed type is selected, a different bed type may be assigned at check-in depending on room availability

Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled after 20 minutes.

Booking Cancellations / Modifications

Booking modifications are not available. If you wish to make changes, please cancel the booking and make a new booking.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation, so please review carefully before booking.

Additional Guests / Children

If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, additional charges may apply on-site.
If the actual number of guests exceeds the number registered at the time of booking, additional charges may apply on-site, or the stay may be restricted based on the room’s maximum occupancy.
When traveling with children, the booking must include all children. If children are not included in the booking, additional charges may apply at check-in, or check-in may be denied.
Even if breakfast is included, children’s breakfast is not included. According to hotel policy, breakfast fees for children must be paid separately at check-in.

Hotel information

Hotel information is provided by our partners (entered by the hotel). Occasionally, information may be inaccurate due to changes or errors made by hotel staff. Please understand that compensation cannot be provided for discrepancies between the hotel information and actual conditions.
