Payment guide

All products must be paid for before use.
On-site payment is not available.

When you book, you pay the listed amount in Korean won, with no additional overseas transaction fee.

Payment method

1. Bank Transfer(KRW): 3–4% of the total booking amount is credited as Monkey points.; Bank deposit Please transfer the payment directly to the bank account below. <Shinhan Bank 140-015-954242 Account Holder: TOTOBOOKING JAPAN Co., Ltd>; Virtual account We’ll issue a virtual account at your chosen bank. Please deposit the final amount due into that account.; Instant Bank Transfer Available to customers enrolled in internet banking; a digital certificate is required.

2. Credit Card: General Pay by credit or debit card on a PC or mobile device.; ARS Pay by credit or debit card through mobile ARS.; Manual Card Payment If necessary, you may provide your card number and expiration date to our admin team. However, this is only allowed if the payer is the cardholder.

3. Easy payment: Each service must be registered in advance before you can use it.; Naver Payhttps://pay.naver.com; Kakao Pay Open KakaoTalk and go to [More > Pay > Settings > My Kakao Pay > Card] to sign up and register your card.; Smile Payhttps://www.mysmilepay.com; Paycohttps://www.payco.com

4. Mobile payment: Mobile carrier policy does not allow cancellations in the following month. If you cancel after the month of payment, a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Payment time

Most products require payment at the time of booking.
Some products that require a quote can be paid for after the quote is issued.
All bookings go through confirmation after payment; payment does not guarantee confirmation.
If we cannot confirm your booking after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Credit card usage guide

1. Eligible cards: Cards issued in Korea All credit cards issued in Korea, such as KB, Shinhan, BC, Lotte, Hyundai, Samsung, etc.; Cards issued overseas VISA, Mastercard, or JCB (select Credit Card > General > KCP as the payment method; available on PC only, not mobile)

4. View card payments and print receipts: You can view your card payment history and print a receipt on the payment provider’s website.

5. Notes: The product price is the same whether you pay by credit card or bank transfer, but bank transfers earn points at a higher rate. (Credit card/easy payment: 1.5–2.5%; KRW bank transfer: 3–4% in Monkey points.)
