Dress code

Rules and fees for groups of 3 or fewer: The displayed price is the per-person price for a group of four.; The golf course generally operates in groups of four and does not accept groups of five.; Groups of two or three may incur an additional fee under the golf course's policy.; The additional fee will be listed separately on your invoice. Please check the 2- or 3-player fee there.

No-caddie and self-play guide: Most Japanese golf courses use a no-caddie, self-play system.; You will need to operate the electric cart (by driving it or using the remote control), measure distances, manage your clubs, and handle the round yourself.; Please be aware of this difference and familiarize yourself with the self-play format in advance.

Other notes: OB Special Tee (OB Tee): Unlike many courses in Korea, some golf courses do not provide a special tee for OB shots.
If your ball goes out of bounds and there is no special tee, you must hit a provisional ball on the spot.
(If you move on without checking and the ball is lost, you may have to return to the tee box.); Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the course. Please do not bring them, as this may cause inconvenience.; Please keep your valuables with you and take care to avoid accidents while using the service. You are responsible for any lost belongings or accidents caused by your negligence.

① You must go to the golf course and check in even if it rains: Please check in at the front desk during your reserved time.; If you do not check in, you may be marked as a no-show.; Cancellations due to rain are non-refundable.

② After arriving at the golf course: Play will resume as soon as weather permits.; Play will be suspended or canceled only in severe weather (typhoons, lightning, or thunderstorms), at the discretion of the golf course.; No refund will be provided if the golf course deems play possible.

③ If play is suspended during your round: In most cases, refunds are not available.; Some courses may offer a partial refund, but it is often a small amount after deducting caddie and cart fees.

④ Cancellation does not guarantee a refund: Even if the course says a cancellation is possible, you must confirm whether a refund is available.

⑤ If you are told a refund is possible: Please note the staff member's name and contact us immediately using the emergency number.
