■ A maximum of 15 people may enter per time slot.
■ When applying for the reservation, please select your preferred reservation time among 19:00, 19:40, and 20:10. (Viewing time is on average 50 minutes to 1 hour)
- The reservation time means the entry time, and since it operates at fixed times, you must keep the time.
■ The actual ticket will be sent to the email you entered when booking by 17:00 Vietnam time one day before.

■ Vehicle meeting time
- Pickup in the North & Central North area: about 30 minutes before the reservation time - (Crowne Plaza / Vinpearl / Melia / Sheraton / Radisson, Green Bay, etc.)
- Pickup in the Central area: about 80 minutes before the reservation time - (Novotel / Pullman / InterContinental / Regent / Sailing Club, etc.)
- Pickup in the South area: about 100 minutes before the reservation time - (JW Marriott / La Festa / Premier Village / New World, etc.)
The pickup time may vary depending on the hotel you are staying at, and we will inform you by writing the meeting time on the voucher.
Please make sure to check the vehicle meeting time through the voucher.

Sometimes, if the vehicle dispatch time does not match, the driver for the one-way vehicle to the Safari and the driver for the return vehicle to the accommodation may be changed.

- For pick-ups in the Northern and North-Central regions, please meet approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled time at hotels such as Crown Plaza, Vinpearl, Melia, Sheraton, Radisson, or Green Bay.
- For pick-ups in the Central region, please meet approximately 80 minutes before your scheduled time at hotels such as Novotel, Pullman, InterContinental, Regent, or Sailing Club.
- For pick-ups in the Southern region, please meet approximately 100 minutes before your scheduled time at hotels such as JW Marriott, La Prestige, Premier Village, or New World.
Please note that pick-up times may vary depending on your hotel. The exact meeting time will be clearly indicated on your voucher. Be sure to check your voucher for the vehicle meeting time.

- How to Meet Your Driver Again
After meeting the driver, please exchange contact details (or via KakaoTalk). When departing the safari, kindly confirm the next meeting time with the driver. If you need to change the schedule, please contact the driver at least one hour before the original time; simply meeting the driver will suffice.
*Roundtrip Vehicle Information*
In some cases, if vehicle dispatch times do not align, the driver for the outbound safari trip may differ from the driver for the return trip. In such instances, our Danang office will contact you via the registered phone number.
- Night Safari
After meeting your driver, please exchange contact details (or via KakaoTalk). When departing the safari, kindly confirm a time to reconnect. If you need to change the schedule, please contact your driver at least one hour before the original time; simply meeting them will suffice.

Southern Region Hotel Vehicle Surcharge (per vehicle, one-way): 200,000 VND. Please pay directly to the driver.

- Operation Hours : 19:00 ~ 21:30
- Child policy
- Infant : 0~99cm / Child : 100~139cm / Adult : 140cm~
- If over 140cm at entry, you can exchange it for an adult ticket by paying 160,000 VND per person. → Since exchanging to an adult ticket on site is very inconvenient, please apply accurately according to the child’s height. (The ticket change fee may differ from the above amount.)
