🏨 Hotel Meeting
Please meet your driver holding a sign with your name at the lobby at the Pick-up Time listed on your voucher.
→ For guests staying at Vinpearl Island, the meeting will take place at the reception of the Vinpearl Land Pier (the same location where you checked in).
→ You must exit the building to reach the Land Pier reception.
✈️ Airport Meeting
- International Flights
The meeting point is Pillar No. 6, after you retrieve your luggage and exit the terminal.
You will meet your driver holding a sign with your name at Pillar No. 6. After the meeting, please proceed with your driver to the parking area and board the vehicle.
- Domestic Flights
The meeting point is located just outside the building; cross the pedestrian crossing, and you will find your driver holding a sign with your name immediately in front.
🚨 For airport Pick-up with time selection: Please specify the flight arrival time and Pick-up location using the flight number.

- Approximately 15 minutes from Nha Trang city night market
- Approximately 35 minutes from Amiana Resort
- Approximately 50 minutes from Cam Ranh Airport

After meeting your driver, please exchange contact details (or via KakaoTalk). Upon departing from the ferry terminal, kindly confirm the time you will reunite by saying, "Let's meet again at [time]." If you need to change the schedule, please contact your driver at least one hour before the original departure time; simply meeting them will suffice.

**Round-trip Vehicle Information**
In some cases, if vehicle schedules do not align, the driver for the outbound trip to the ferry terminal may differ from the driver for the return journey. In such instances, our Da Nang local office will contact you using the registered phone number.

The cable car entrance for VinWonders & Vinpearl Harbor is separate from the hotel check-in reception. Please proceed to the cable car building on the left. Your driver will provide the ticket on the day of your visit. When entering VinWonders, simply scan the QR code from the ticket you received from your driver. Once you exit, re-entry is not permitted.

Upon concluding your tour, our driver will drop you off at the location you specified during booking, and the itinerary will be finalized.

Please note that additional vehicle charges may apply for destinations outside Nha Trang city center (per vehicle, one-way):

1. Amiana Hotel area: Sedan 500,000 VND / SUV 1,000,000 VND / Van 1,500,000 VND
2. Mui Ne & Diamond Bay area: Sedan 500,000 VND / SUV 1,000,000 VND / Van 1,500,000 VND
3. Cam Ranh & Airport vicinity: Sedan 1,000,000 VND / SUV 1,500,000 VND / Van 2,000,000 VND
4. Ninh Van Bay area: Sedan 1,500,000 VND / SUV 2,000,000 VND / Van 1,500,000 VND
5. Navy Hotel & KN Hotel area: Sedan 1,500,000 VND / SUV 2,000,000 VND / Van 3,000,000 VND

These additional fees must be paid in cash directly to the driver on the day of your tour.
