🏨 Hotel Meeting Instructions
1. Please wait near the lobby entrance where the pick-up vehicle will arrive, starting from the Pick-Up Time listed on your voucher.
As this is a shared tour, please note that the pick-up may be delayed by approximately 10–15 minutes from the scheduled time.
2. After pick-up, when the driver drops you off at the pier, please wait at the lower pier area. A representative from the Luxury Hopping Tour will arrive, verify your name, and upon showing your voucher, you may proceed with the tour.
3. Upon returning from the hopping tour, please go to the location indicated in the photo below. The driver will be there holding a sign with your name.
When boarding the vehicle, the driver will confirm your destination and assist you in boarding.
Please note that as this is a shared tour, the vehicle may stop at other hotels before returning to yours.
*Pick-up times may be adjusted individually the day before due to circumstances at the pick-up service provider or changes in the hopping tour departure time.

🚤 Vinpearl Island Meeting Instructions
On the day of the tour, please speak with a staff member at the main hotel lobby around 9:30 AM and say "Speedboat Tuk Tuk." This indicates your intention to take the speedboat to the mainland.
The Tuk Tuk typically departs around 9:45 AM.
Upon arriving at the pier inside the island via the Tuk Tuk, please be advised: "Do not board the speedboat to return to the mainland."
Simply wait on the sofa until the meeting coordinator arrives at the island pier.
The estimated arrival time is around 10:15 AM.
Although you will need to wait for approximately 15 minutes, we kindly ask for your understanding, as the next bus departure is scheduled for 10:15 AM.

Additional Pick-up Fees for Nha Trang City and Surrounding Areas
Please pay the driver directly at the time of pick-up.
(1) Amiana Hotel Area: 50,000 VND per one-way trip per person
(2) Mui Ne, Diamond Bay, and Ninh Van Bay Areas: 50,000 VND per one-way trip per person
(3) Cam Ranh, Airport Vicinity, Navy, and KN Areas: 100,000 VND per one-way trip per person

Additional Fee for Meeting Point at Speedboat Terminal within VinWonders
Please pay directly at the scene during pick-up.
- USD 10 (approximately 250,000 VND)
Note: Sanding cannot be dropped off at VinWonders' terminal. Guests will be dropped off at the existing terminal (Bến Tàu Du Lịch Nha Trang), which is also used by other guests.
