Important Notes Before Booking
📌 For arrival Fast Track, please enter your “Da Nang arrival date.” Use your flight arrival time for the reservation time.
📌 For departure Fast Track without airport transfer, select the date based on the day you will meet at Da Nang Airport, and enter the meeting time for the time selection.
Example: For a flight departing at 00:30am on April 10, select the date as April 9, and set the time to 22:30 (2 hours before the flight departure time).
📌 For departure Fast Track with airport transfer, please enter the meeting date and meeting time for the vehicle driver.
📌 For private vehicle pick-up/drop-off (one-way), you can book with 2 or more adults. If booking for 1 person, please reserve the [1 person booking] option.

When entering or exiting Da Nang, you’ll go through immigration at the VIP counters (crew-only counters), not the regular line.
Aircrew are processed first, and then Fast Track applicants are handled in order.

The departure fast track meeting takes place with a sign in front of Exit B of the departure terminal.
For those who added airport drop-off (private vehicle),
we will meet you in the hotel lobby at the reserved time with a sign (your name) and drop you off at the airport.

For departure Fast Track, please meet at the Departure Hall B entrance in front of the door, where a signboard will be held.
If you added airport drop-off by private vehicle, we will pick you up at the hotel lobby listed in your booking at your reserved time, using a signboard with your name, and take you to the airport.

✈️ Arrival Fast Track:
At Da Nang immigration, you’ll complete your entry procedures through the VIP counter (aircrew counter) instead of the standard immigration queue.
Aircrew members (captains, flight attendants, etc.) have priority access to immigration clearance, and guests who request the arrival fast track after the aircrew will be processed in sequence.

✈️ Arrival fast track :
When entering Da Nang, you will proceed through immigration via the VIP counter (airline crew counter) instead of the general immigration line.
Airline crew members (captains, flight attendants, etc.) have priority authority at immigration, and after the airline crew, those who applied for arrival fast track will proceed in sequence.
✈️ Airport pickup (private vehicle) :
The vehicle driver will pick you up according to the arrival details of the flight number you entered
Airport pickup : Please enter the Korea departure date / airport arrival date / airport arrival time / flight number accurately
Airport meeting place :
There is one exit after you come out after collecting your luggage. If you look to the right after coming out, there is Star Cafe.

A driver will pick you up according to the flight arrival details (flight number) you provided.
Airport pick-up: Please enter the following details accurately—your Korea departure date, airport arrival date, airport arrival time, and flight number.
Airport Meeting Point:
It’s the single exit you’ll come out from after collecting your luggage. When you exit, look to the right—you’ll see Star Cafe.

For airline check-in, you will use the standard line.
For departure processing and immigration clearance, you will go through the VIP counter (airline crew counter) for immigration screening, not the regular departure processing line.
Airline crew members (captain, flight attendants, etc.) have priority access for immigration clearance, and guests who apply for the departure fast track after the crew will be processed in sequence.
→ To apply, you must meet the staff no later than 1 hour 30 minutes before your flight departure. Airline check-in closes 1 hour before departure.

🚐 Airport Seding (Private Vehicle)
Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby at the time you selected during booking, holding a sign with your name, and take you to the airport.
The driver will not contact you separately—please meet them at the hotel lobby with the name sign.
Upon arriving at the airport, please go to the B Exit area where the driver drops you off, and meet the staff member holding the sign with your name.

For airline check-in, you will proceed through the standard line.
For departure processing and immigration, you will go through the VIP counter (airline crew counter) rather than the regular departure processing line to complete immigration.
Airline crew members (captain, flight attendant, etc.) have priority access for immigration, and guests who apply for the departure fast track will be processed in sequence after the crew.

For guests using the Da Nang Airport (International) Fast Track for arrival/departure, passport details, English name, and gender must be registered in advance.
- Please enter the information accurately at the time of booking. Changes are allowed up to 3 days before your booking date.
- If the information you provided is incorrect, you will not be able to use the Fast Track even if you have already paid, and no refunds will be issued.
