Seats are unassigned, so you can sit anywhere within your designated section. Sitting as high as possible within your class will provide a wider view. - VIP Seats: Located at the very top of the venue, featuring a canopy to protect you from the rain.
- HIGH Seats: Located directly below the VIP section, with some seats positioned under the canopy. In case of rain, you may move to HIGH seats that are not exposed to the rain.
- ECO Seats: Located at the very front of the venue with no canopy. In case of rain, ECO seats and some HIGH seats will be exposed (raincoats and umbrellas will be provided).

- Infant : 0~99cm / Child : 100~139cm / Adult : 140cm~
- If 140cm or taller, you must book at the adult fare. If booked as a child and the height exceeds 140cm when checked on site, you must pay the walk-in fee (adult-child fare difference) directly on site. If booked as infant (free), a seat is not provided. Usually ECO and HIGH often have many empty seats so it may be fine to just sit, but VIP does not have many seats, so there is a high possibility that a seat will not be provided.

The actual entry ticket (QR code) will be sent to the email you entered when booking around 17:00 Vietnam time on the day before use.
You can scan that ticket and enter directly.
We recommend checking in by 19:45 at the latest.

Seats are not designated, and you may sit comfortably wherever you want within the designated seating section.
For this seat class, it is best to choose and sit in a higher place if possible for a wider view.
- VIP seats: Located at the very top of the auditorium and have a cover above, so you can avoid the rain.
- HIGH seats: Located below the VIP seats, and some seats are under the cover.
If it rains, you may move to HIGH seats where you do not get wet.
- ECO seats: Located at the very front of the auditorium and have no cover.

- ☔️ This show operates even if it rains. Seats other than VIP seats may be exposed to rain, and raincoats or umbrellas will be provided if it rains.
- You can move to an empty seat of the same class. This is a Korean market seller, so only Koreans can use it. For ECO and HIGH seats, free cancellation is possible if canceled at least 5 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) prior; after that, cancellation and changes are not possible. VIP seats cannot be canceled or changed after payment.
- 📢 Changes and Other Information
- It will proceed even in case of rain. We will only contact you separately if the operator decides to suspend operations in advance. For changes, please contact us via the channel at least 30 days before the tour date. For urgent inquiries, please contact the emergency phone number listed on the voucher sent to your email.
- ECO 와 HIGH 좌석의 경우 업무일 기준(토요일 일요일 제외) 5일 이전까지 취소 할 경우 무료취소 가능하며 이후에는 취소&변경이 불가합니다.
