🚨 For airport pick-ups with time selection: Please provide both the flight arrival time and the pick-up location using the flight number.

Approximately 50 minutes from Da Nang, 90 minutes from Hoi An, and 120 minutes from South Hoi An.

Upon arrival at BanaHills, the driver will provide your tickets. Please verify the quantity immediately after receiving them. ⚠️ Small vehicles (sedans, SUVs) must park in the lower lot; please take the shuttle bus from the parking area to the entrance. Per regulations, only buses and vans are permitted to park in the upper lot near the main entrance.

After meeting your driver, please exchange contact details (or via KakaoTalk). Upon departure from BanaHills, kindly confirm your return time by saying, "Let's meet again at [time]." If you need to change the schedule, please contact your driver at least one hour before the original departure time; simply meeting the driver will suffice.

*Round-trip vehicle information*
In some cases, if vehicle schedules do not align, the driver for the outbound trip to BanaHills may differ from the driver for the return trip. In such instances, our Danang local office will contact you via the registered phone number.

Upon entering BanaHills from the parking lot, please take the escalator up, walk a short distance to the cable car station, and board the cable car. To enter the cable car, simply scan your QR code at the gate.

Depending on the cable car station, the route may pass through Golden Bridge or the Midway Flower Garden before ascending, or proceed directly upward. Please obtain a map upon arrival and follow staff instructions, as the specific route and boarding procedures may vary based on daily operational conditions.

Meet your driver at your departure location, then return to your specified drop-off point to conclude the itinerary.
Additional fees for intercity travel within the Da Nang area (per pickup or drop-off):
→ Please pay the driver directly in cash on the day of your trip.
(1) InterContinental: 100,000 VND per trip per vehicle
(2) Hoi An area: 150,000 VND per trip per vehicle
(3) South Hoi An area: 250,000 VND per trip per vehicle
(4) Lang Co area: 700,000 VND per trip per vehicle

This ticket is valid for use over three consecutive days. However, if you do not use one of the three days, the ticket cannot be reused or partially refunded, and the days do not need to be consecutive. A vehicle is provided only on your booked date; for any subsequent visits, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
