Basic Information

Upon reaching the summit of Son Tra Mountain, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Da Nang as well as Hai Van Pass. From the checkpoint halfway up the mountain, you can hike for about 2 hours on an asphalt road, making it an ideal location for morning trekking.

Monkey Tips

1. Although there are water vendors along the way, they are often closed, so please bring your own water.
2. There are many monkeys in the mountains. Do not touch them.
3. The weather at the summit changes frequently, so please be cautious.

  • For motorcycles, entry is permitted only for manual transmission bikes. Cars cannot be transported via Grab. From the checkpoint midway up the mountain, it takes approximately two hours one way on foot.
