This service allows passengers to use the dedicated immigration lanes for both arrival and departure, reducing waiting times and providing a faster, smoother airport experience.
Available for all international flight passengers regardless of airline.
Recommended for family trips with parents, travelers with young children, or anyone who wants a stress-free and comfortable airport experience without worrying about navigating a busy airport.
※ Luggage assistance is not included. After meeting the assigned staff member, passengers will proceed on foot according to the provided guidance.
- Opening hours
- ⏰ Operating Hours 24 hours, available daily : Staff will be assigned according to the reserved time, so advance reservation based on the flight schedule is required.
- Child policy
- Infants : 0~0age / Children : 1~2age / Adults : 3age~
- Children aged 2 years and under are eligible for free access. Please provide the child’s date of birth when making a reservation.

Arrival Fast Track 🛬
- Please provide the flight number when making a reservation.
- Select the service date based on the flight departure date.
- If the arrival time is after midnight (00:01 or later) due to a date change, please enter the actual arrival date and time in the additional information section.
- Assistance with Arrival Visa procedures is not provided.
If any passenger requires an Arrival Visa, additional waiting time may occur due to the visa issuance process. -
Departure Fast Track 🛫
- Please provide the meeting time and flight number when making a reservation.
- Select the service date based on the Suvarnabhumi Airport meeting date.
- If the flight departure time is after midnight (00:01 or later), please enter the actual departure date and time.
- The meeting will be arranged approximately 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
※ If an earlier meeting time is required, please contact the number provided on the booking confirmation.
- This service provides assistance up to the departure immigration area only and does not include escorting or guidance to the boarding gate.
- Buggy cart service is not available for Departure Fast Track.
- How to use
- 🛬 Arrival Fast Track Service Instructions

1. The service date must be reserved based on the flight departure date. Please select the correct date when making a reservation.
2. Please proceed to the meeting point opposite Gate D5 and meet the staff. The staff will then guide you to the Fast Track lane.
3. After completing the immigration process, please check the immigration stamp in your passport and make sure it has been stamped correctly. - 🛬 SAT-1 Terminal (New Satellite Terminal) Arrival Notice for Arrival Fast Track

Some flights may arrive at the SAT-1 Terminal (Satellite Terminal).
(Examples: Asiana Airlines OZ 741 / OZ 743, T’way Air TW 1014 / TW 105)
Please take the shuttle train to the immigration area. After arriving, proceed to the D5 GATE meeting desk, located across from the entrance to the Fast Track lane, and meet the staff member holding a sign with the customer’s name.

The service date must be reserved based on the Suvarnabhumi Airport meeting date. Please select the correct date when making a reservation.
1. Arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport Departure Hall, Complete airline check-in and baggage drop-off.
2. Meet the staff
-The meeting will be arranged approximately 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
- Please contact the provided number before arriving at the airport or after arrival.
※ If arriving at the airport earlier than scheduled, please inform the estimated arrival time in advance.
3. Meeting Point
📍 Inside Gate 9, 4th Floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport Departure Hall, Next to MR. WRAP shop
4. Check passport stamps
- After completing arrival/departure procedures, please make sure the entry/exit stamp is correctly stamped in the passport.

Effective May 1, 2025, All travelers are required to pre-apply for their immigration arrival card online.
Failure to do so may result in long delays at immigration or, in the worst-case scenario, denial of entry.
The form must be completed and submitted online within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Please ensure this is completed before boarding the flight.
※ Please note that any delays or entry denials resulting from a missing TDAC will be classified as a No-Show. Consequently, Fast Track service assistance will not be available. The Fast Track service holds no liability for arrival delays caused by a missing TDAC, and no refunds will be provided.

- Available: Non-Immigrant Visa / Work Permit Holders / Retirement Visa - Domestic flights within Thailand are not eligible for the Fast Track service.
- Passengers arriving on flights departing from Cambodia cannot use the Fast Track service regardless of nationality.

The Fast Track service helps passengers complete airport arrival and departure procedures more quickly and conveniently.
This service does not resolve visa or passport issues and does not guarantee immigration approval. -
Do not proceed directly to the Fast Track lane or Immigration counter with the booking confirmation.
Passengers must meet the assigned staff first and proceed together.
If moving without staff assistance, the service may be refused. -
Immigration clearance is subject to the decision of the immigration officer.
If delays or entry refusal occur due to personal reasons, assistance cannot be provided through the Fast Track service.
※ The Fast Track service is not responsible for delays in arrival/departure procedures caused by the above reasons, and refunds will not be provided. -

Each buggy cart can accommodate up to 3 passengers.
- Regular Arrival Gate
After arrival, verify the reservation name at the designated waiting area in front of the aircraft arrival gate, then board the buggy cart.
- Bus Gate Arrival
After arriving at the airport by bus, get off the bus → take the escalator upstairs → board the waiting buggy cart.
- SAT-1 Terminal Arrival
Take the shuttle train from the arrival gate to the Main Terminal, then board the buggy cart waiting at the Main Terminal entrance.
※ If using the buggy cart with 4 or more passengers including children, 2 buggy carts are required. - 🔸 Additional Information

If a celebrity is traveling on the same flight, airport security measures may be strengthened due to crowd control issues.
For safety and security reasons, it may be difficult to meet at the original meeting point. - After completing arrival/departure procedures, please make sure the entry/exit stamp is correctly stamped in the passport.
