1. Locate the SIM tray on your phone
2. Insert the SIM ejector pin into the hole to remove the SIM tray
3. Place the SIM card in the tray, aligning it correctly
4. Reinsert the tray into your phone
5. Restart your phone → It will automatically connect to the network
6. If a data roaming pop-up appears, select “OK”
7. Check whether the carrier name is displayed next to the antenna icon in the top-right corner of the screen - ✅ Enable Data Roaming
- iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Turn on Cellular Data → Cellular Data Options → Turn on Data Roaming
- Android: Settings → Connections → Data usage & international roaming → Turn on Mobile data and Data roaming
- Data roaming must be enabled on your phone to use mobile data.

- Before departing, please make sure that the phone you plan to use is unlocked from any country lock (carrier lock).
- For smooth verification when collecting your product, please provide the Korean mobile number you actually use. (e.g., 010-1234-5467)
- 🔸 Refund Information
- Refunds are unavailable if the SIM card has less than one month of validity remaining, has been removed from the card, or has been damaged.
- If the SIM card cannot be used, a refund is available only if the issue has been reported and verified locally. Please refer to the manual included with the SIM card for instructions.
- Refunds are not available if the returned product is damaged and cannot be reused.
- If the SIM card has an issue and a refund is approved, the refund will be limited to the purchase amount. No additional compensation will be provided.

The SIM card pickup date cannot be changed.
If you need to change it, please cancel your booking within the free cancellation period and make a new reservation. - Delivery is not available. Please collect your Thai SIM card in person when booking through Monkey Travel.
