💡 Important Information When Booking
This tour is unavailable every year from June through September.
Infants, pregnant women, elderly guests, and guests with physical limitations are not permitted to join the tour.
🚐 Pick-up Information
Hotel Pick-up is included for the following areas: Patong, Karon, Kata, Phuket Town, Kamala, Kalim, Laguna, Bang Tao, Surin, Si Reay, Layan, Rawai, Mai Khao, Nai Harn, and Nai Yang.

Pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes depending on the schedule of the group ahead.
Please check your voucher for the exact time and cost.
⚠️ Pick-up Information
For a smooth Pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time.

If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby. For villas, pool villas, and condominiums (villa complexes), please meet at the main entrance or security office.

If you are running late for the Meeting Point, please contact us in advance. However, the vehicle cannot wait due to other Join(shared tour) guests.

Late arrivals will be considered a No-Show and are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive early and do not be late.

Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center, while hotels in outlying areas may incur an additional Pick-up fee or may not be eligible for Pick-up.

The tour will proceed even in light rain.
If you choose not to join the tour at your own discretion, a refund may not be available.
🎒 What to Bring
Sunscreen, a change of clothes, a hat, sunglasses, a waterproof pouch, and a small amount of emergency cash
We recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and bringing a towel and a change of clothes.
🔸 Additional Information
The schedule and timing may change depending on the circumstances on the day of the tour.
As the speedboat may experience strong bumps depending on the weather, this tour is not recommended for guests with back problems.
Failure to follow staff instructions may result in the tour being terminated, with no refund provided.
Luggage transfer and storage are available for an additional fee. An extra charge of 200 baht per piece applies to suitcases measuring 20 inches or larger. Please provide the number and size of your suitcases when making your reservation.
