💡 Important Notes Before Booking
This tour is priced per vehicle. Please book each passenger as an adult, regardless of age. Available for 2–8 passengers at the same price.
For bookings of 9 or more guests, the tour will use two vehicles. Please split your booking according to the number of guests.
Please provide your departure flight details when booking.
🚐 Vehicle Information
The tour follows the standard route. Additional travel outside the selected areas will incur an extra fee.
The tour is based on 8 hours. Each additional hour costs 400 baht (200 baht for the vehicle and 200 baht for the Guide).
Please pay any additional fees directly to the Guide on site.
🚌 Pick-up Information
Hotel pick-up is included.
Pick-up may be delayed by 15–20 minutes depending on the preceding group’s schedule.
Please check your voucher for the exact time and cost!
⚠️ Pick-up Information
Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth Pick-up.
If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby. For villas, pool villas, and condominiums in villa complexes, meet at the main entrance or security office.
If you’re running late, please contact us in advance. However, we cannot wait for you, as other guests on the shared tour will be waiting.
Late arrivals will be marked as a no-show, and changes, cancellations, and refunds will not be available. Please arrive on time.
📝 If you request Pick-up from an outlying area,
Free pick-up is available from hotels in the city center. Pick-up from hotels in outlying areas may incur an additional fee or may not be available.
Please enter the name and full address of your accommodation in the requests section. We’ll check with the tour operator whether pick-up is available and whether any additional fee applies, then let you know.

☔ Weather Information
The tour will proceed even in light rain. If you choose not to join based on your own assessment of the weather, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
🔸 Additional Information
Times and itinerary may change depending on the day’s operating conditions.
The tour may be terminated if you do not follow staff instructions. No refunds will be issued in this case.
In some cases, the Guide may be unable to accompany you to the airport due to other scheduled commitments. We’ll let you know well in advance.
Adding Big Buddha to your itinerary costs an additional 300 baht per person. Visits are not possible in rainy weather. Please pay the extra fee directly to your Guide on site.
We can take you to your choice of restaurants, spas, or other places for meals during the tour. You can also decide with your Guide on the day of the tour.
One vehicle can accommodate up to 9 suitcases measuring 24 inches. If you have a lot of luggage, such as suitcases or golf bags, you’ll need to travel in two vehicles. Please request an additional vehicle after submitting your booking.

Elephant trekking is conducted in pairs.
Pregnant guests cannot participate.
Children under 36 months may ride only when accompanied by a parent.
