This tour is not suitable for infants, pregnant women, the elderly, or individuals with physical disabilities/mobility issues.
Due to weather conditions, the speedboat can be quite bumpy. This tour is not recommended for individuals with back pain or spinal issues.

🚐 Pickup Information
Complimentary Pickup Zones: Patong, Karon, Kata, Phuket Town, Kamala, Kalim, Laguna, Bangtao, Surin, Sirey, Layan, Rawai, Mai Khao, Nai Harn, and Nai Yang.
Hotel pickups may be delayed by 15–20 minutes depending on traffic and the schedules of previous groups.
Please double-check your voucher for the exact pickup time and any potential fees!

To ensure a smooth pickup, please be waiting in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

If there are multiple lobbies, please wait at the Main Lobby. For villas, pool villas, or condos, the meeting point is the main entrance or the security guard house.

Please understand that the driver cannot wait for late arrivals, even if you contact us in advance, out of respect for other joined guests.

If you miss the pickup, it will be treated as a No-Show, and no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be possible. Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid any issues.
📝 Outlying Area Pickups
• While pickups within central city hotels are free, accommodations in outlying areas may incur an additional fee or may not be eligible for pickup.
• Please provide the exact name and address of your accommodation in the request field. We will verify with the tour operator and inform you if the location is unreachable or requires a surcharge.
• Surcharges by Area:
• Khok Kloi, Natai, Khao Lak: 500 THB per person
• Other Areas: Surcharge available upon inquiry

We strongly recommend leaving valuables at your hotel. Please take extra care of your personal safety, cash, and belongings. The company will not be held responsible for any lost items under any circumstances.
Please wear a life jacket at all times while the speedboat is in motion and during snorkeling activities.

The tour will proceed as scheduled in light rain.
No-shows or cancellations based on personal judgment regarding the weather are non-refundable.

The tour itinerary and timing are subject to change depending on local operational conditions on the day of the tour.
The tour will be immediately terminated if a guest fails to follow the staff’s instructions or safety guidelines. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
If you feel unwell, overly fatigued, or unable to continue the tour at any point, please inform a staff member immediately.
Luggage transport and storage services are available for an extra fee.
A surcharge of 200 THB per piece applies to suitcases 20 inches and larger.
Please notify us of the size and number of bags when making your booking.
