To ensure a smooth pick-up, please wait at the hotel lobby at the designated time.
- If the property has multiple lobbies, please wait at the main lobby of the hotel.
- For villas, pool villas, and condominiums, the meeting point will be at the main entrance or the security guard house.
- If you are late for the meeting time, the driver cannot wait due to other joined guests even if you contact us in advance. Being late will result in a No-Show, and no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be issued, so please arrive early.
