For a smooth Pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time.
If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby. For villas, pool villas, and condominiums (villa complexes), please meet at the main entrance or security office.
If you are running late for the Meeting Point time, please contact us in advance. However, the vehicle cannot wait due to the other Join(shared tour) guests.
Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show and are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds, so please arrive in advance and on time. - When requesting a Pick-up in outlying areas

Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center. Additional Pick-up fees may apply for hotels in outlying areas, and Pick-up may not be available in some locations.

- The tour operates as normal even on rainy days. No refunds will be provided if you choose not to participate based on your own judgment.
- 🔸 Additional Information
- Times and itineraries may change depending on circumstances on the day of the tour.
- As the speedboat may experience significant jolting depending on the weather, this tour is not recommended for guests with back problems.
- The tour may be terminated if you do not follow staff instructions or guidance. No refunds will be provided in this case.
- Luggage transfer and storage are available for an additional fee. An extra charge of 200 baht per piece applies to luggage measuring 20 inches or larger. Please provide the number and size of your luggage when booking.
