To arrange insurance coverage, please provide your name, date of birth, age, and passport number when making your reservation.

🚐 Pick-up Information

Depending on the schedule of the group ahead, Pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes.

Please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time to ensure a smooth Pick-up.

If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby. For villas, pool villas, and condominiums (villa complexes), meet at the main entrance or security office.

If you are running late for the Meeting Point time, please contact us in advance. However, we cannot wait due to the other guests on the Join(shared tour).

Late arrivals will be treated as No-Shows and are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive early and be on time.
📝 Pick-up requests from outlying areas
Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center. An additional Pick-up fee may apply, or Pick-up may not be available, for hotels in outlying areas.

Please enter the exact name and address of your accommodation in the special requests field. We will check with the tour operator and let you know whether Pick-up is available and if any additional fee applies.

The tour will proceed even in light rain.
If you choose not to join the tour at your own discretion, a refund may not be available.
🎒 What to Bring
Sunscreen, a change of clothes, a hat, sunglasses, a waterproof pouch, a small amount of emergency cash, and your passport (required for national park entry; a copy or photo is also accepted)
We recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and bringing a towel, a change of clothes, and other essentials.

Times and itinerary may change depending on the day’s operating conditions.
Failure to follow staff instructions may result in the tour being terminated without a refund.
Please inform a staff member in advance if you have any physical limitations, feel tired, or are unable to complete the tour.
Due to potentially rough speedboat rides depending on the weather, this tour is not recommended for guests with back problems.
Luggage transportation and storage are available for an additional fee. An extra charge of 200 baht per piece applies to suitcases measuring 20 inches or larger. Please provide the number and size of your suitcases when making your reservation.
Travel Accident Insurance (not covering lost, stolen, or damage of personal belongings, and not cover injuries resulting from any water sports activities).
