To arrange insurance coverage, please provide your name, date of birth, age, and passport number when making your reservation.
This tour is not suitable for infants, pregnant women, seniors, or guests with physical limitations.
🚐 Pick-up Information
Hotel Pick-up is included in Patong, Karon, Kata, Phuket Town, Kamala, Kalim, Laguna, Bang Tao, Surin, Si Ray, Layan, Rawai, Mai Khao, and Nai Harn.

Pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes depending on the previous group’s schedule.
Please check your voucher for the exact time and cost.
⚠️ Pick-up Information
For a smooth Pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time.

If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby. For villas, pool villas, and condominiums (villa complexes), please meet at the main entrance or security office.

If you are late for the Meeting Point time, we cannot wait, even if you contact us in advance, as we must accommodate other guests on the Join(shared tour).

Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show, and changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be available. Please arrive early and make sure you are on time.
📝 Pick-up requests from outlying areas may require additional charges.
Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center, while an additional Pick-up fee may apply—or Pick-up may not be available—for hotels in outlying areas.

Please note that refunds are not available if you choose not to participate at your own discretion.
🎒 What to Bring
Sunscreen, a change of clothes, a hat, sunglasses, a waterproof pouch, a small amount of emergency cash, and your passport (required for national park entry; a copy or photo is also accepted)
We recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and bringing a towel and a change of clothes.

Times and itinerary may change depending on the day’s operating conditions.
Failure to follow staff instructions may result in the tour being discontinued, with no refund provided.
Please inform a staff member in advance if you have any physical limitations, feel tired, or are unable to complete the tour.
If you would like to use the luggage storage service, an additional fee of 200 baht per item applies. (Advance notice is required.)
