08:30 Hotel Meeting Point: Please wait in the lobby. Your Pick-up will arrive within approximately 20 minutes.

Water playground and snorkeling (free activities): Non-refundable; The tour itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, and water sports activities may be unavailable.; The Water Playground and snorkeling may be unavailable due to weather conditions. In such cases, these complimentary services are non-refundable.; If the tour cannot operate due to adverse weather, a partial refund may be available. Refunds are not available for personal reasons.; SUP boards, transparent kayaks, and drone filming are not provided in a set order, so we recommend securing your preferred activity early during the tour.; Insurance Information; Insurance coverage applies only during the tour and is provided by a Thai company in accordance with Thai law.

- Up to 1,000,000 baht in coverage for accidental death
- Up to 500,000 baht in coverage for medical expenses resulting from an accident
- No insurance coverage for guests under 12 months or aged 55 and over
- No insurance coverage for accidents caused by alcohol consumption or personal negligence
- No insurance coverage for illness-related incidents that are not caused by an injury accident
- No compensation for lost personal belongings
- Coverage applies only to accidents occurring during the tour, and medical treatment is covered only at hospitals in Thailand. Treatment received after returning to Korea is not covered.; Additional Information; Beach chairs are not available on Wednesdays, even if requested.; Guests with herniated discs, heart conditions, or those who are pregnant cannot book this tour.; Guests aged 55 and over are not covered by insurance and cannot book this tour.; Please follow your Guide’s instructions at all times. Accidents resulting from failure to do so are not eligible for compensation.; A QR code will be provided during the tour. Photos taken during the tour can be downloaded and saved via the QR code starting the day after the tour.; Keep your valuables in a waterproof pouch and carry them with you at all times. Always take all your belongings with you when getting off the speedboat.

If you need to leave any items behind, cover them with a towel while they are stored. If you store valuables, take a photo of them for your records. Please take extra care to prevent the loss of valuables or cash and to ensure your personal safety.; Each jet ski ride lasts approximately 5 minutes with a Guide. If you ride without the Guide, you will be responsible for any accidents, and compensation will not be provided.
