Pickup time is based on the start of the waiting period. Please be at the hotel lobby from the scheduled pickup start time.
If guests are not at the lobby at the scheduled pickup time, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before departing.
※ Pickup may be slightly delayed due to traffic conditions on the day.; 📍Drop-off Information; Pickup and drop-off are generally at the same hotel, and advance requests to change the drop-off location are not available.; ⚠️ Requesting a Drop-off Location Change; Request a different drop-off location directly with the driver on the day of the tour.
