Drop-off at Suvarnabhumi Airport or in Bangkok after the tour is not available. -
If your hotel has multiple buildings, pick-up will take place at the main lobby.
If you would like to be picked up at another building, please include the building name when making your reservation. - Pick-up Time Information

Afternoon Tour: 13:30–13:45 -
If your scheduled Pick-up time is between 08:00 and 08:15, please be waiting from 08:00.
If you are not in the lobby at the scheduled Pick-up time, the vehicle will wait for approximately 5 minutes before departing.
✔️ Pick-up may be slightly delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day. - Drop-off Location Information
- As a general rule, your Pick-up and Drop-off location must be the same hotel. Requests to change the location in advance are not permitted.

[How to Request a Change to Your Drop-off Location]
1. Request the change directly from the driver on the day of the tour.
2. If possible, you will be dropped off at the requested location. If not, you will be taken to the closest possible location.
3. If an additional fee applies, pay the driver directly. - 🚩 Group Tour Information

The tour departs when at least 2 guests have booked.
If the minimum number of guests is not reached by the day before departure, the tour may be canceled.
You will be individually notified if the tour cannot operate and changes or cancellation are required. - Guests bringing luggage on a Group Tour cannot participate in the tour.
- 🌧️ Weather Policy

Tours will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather.
No refunds will be given if a tour is suspended due to rain.
Refunds are not available if a participant chooses not to attend.
