Please request storage from the person in charge upon arrival.; Insurance benefits may not be provided for accidents caused by your own negligence.

Participation in the tour is not recommended for individuals aged 70 or older, children under 4 years of age, or pregnant women of any stage.

In accordance with Thai insurance laws, passengers under the age of 15 or over the age of 75 are subject to only 50% of the insurance coverage amount.; If you have heart disease or any other medical conditions, please notify us in advance. If you proceed without prior notice, the tour will be refused and no refund will be provided.; There is no refund even if you do not use the marine sports due to personal reasons.; Customers must arrive at the pier before 16:30 PM.; Food and drink are not allowed to bring on board.
