Pickup is available only within Pattaya city.
- Departures from Bangkok are not possible. If departing from Bangkok, you must arrange your own transportation to Pattaya.
- If using the bus, please designate Trio Pattaya Hotel or J Pattaya Hotel near the terminal as the meeting point. -
If the hotel complex consists of multiple buildings, pickup will take place at the main lobby.
If you would like to be picked up from a different building, please specify the building name when making your reservation. - Pickup Time Information

If the pickup time is between 08:00 and 08:15, please make sure to wait starting at 08:00.
If you are not in the lobby at the pickup time, we will wait for about 5 minutes and depart immediately.
