Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
🐬 Dolphinarium Safety Rules
Flash photography is not allowed.
Do not touch the seals or dolphins without the trainer’s permission.
Do not throw any objects into the pool.
Do not approach or lean against the edge of the pool during the show.
💺 Seating Information
The dolphin show venue has 887 seats: 92 VIP seats, 196 Deluxe seats, 599 standard seats, and 2 wheelchair-accessible seats.
Guests using wheelchairs must note this in the “Other Requests” field when making a reservation.
The venue has only two wheelchair-designated seats and no dedicated wheelchair access route.
The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest must not exceed 80kg. If it does, venue staff will advise whether seating can be assigned and if viewing is possible.
※ For safety reasons, only venue staff may assist with moving or lifting wheelchairs.

Dolphin Photo Session
Available before or after the show. (Admission to the venue is available from 30 minutes before the show starts.)
Fee: 500 baht per group
Includes: 4–5 photos
Participants: Up to 4 people. All participants must be photographed at the same time; substitutions are not allowed.

Available only after the show
Fee: 500 baht per person
Includes: 4–5 photos + 1 video (approximately 10–15 seconds)

🔸Infants (80 cm or shorter) may participate free of charge with one parent. In this case, only the adult fee applies.
Only one person may enter and participate in each photo session.

✅ All photo sessions can be booked on-site, with payment made at the venue.
✅ If a participant is afraid to take photos with the animals, they may be replaced by another person before the session. However, refunds are not available after payment.
💙 Dolphin Swimming Safety Rules
Available for guests aged 6 and over only.
Please remove all jewelry, hats, and glasses.
No sudden movements or loud noises.
Do not touch the dolphins’ blowholes or eyes.
Free swimwear rental is available on-site, but we recommend bringing and wearing your own swimsuit. Availability may vary depending on on-site circumstances, so please prepare a swimsuit in advance.
During the swim, please hold the dolphin’s flipper (front or rear flipper) with your arms fully extended and relaxed, and follow the trainer’s instructions.
Guests weighing 100 kg or more cannot swim, but may enter the pool to spend time with the dolphins, including petting them and taking photos.
