- No flash photography.
- Touching seals or dolphins is not allowed without the trainer’s permission.
- No throwing items into the pool.
- During the show, please do not approach the edge of the pool or lean on the pool’s edge.

The Dolphin Show stadium has a total of 887 seats:
• VIP: 92 seats
• Deluxe: 196 seats
• Regular: 599 seats
• Wheelchair: 2 seats

Guests using a wheelchair must include this in the “Other Requests” section when making a reservation.
• The venue has only 2 wheelchair-designated seats, and there is no dedicated access aisle.
• In addition, the combined weight of the wheelchair and the guest must be 80kg or less. If it exceeds 80kg, the venue staff will advise you on your seat assignment and whether viewing is possible.
※ For safety reasons, only the venue staff can assist with moving the wheelchair and lifting it. - 📢 Additional Options Information

Dolphin Photo Session
- Photos can be taken before or after the show (entry to the venue is available starting 30 minutes before showtime).
- Fee: 500 THB per group
- Includes: 4–5 photos
- Group size: Up to 4 people. Photos are taken in one session, and participants cannot be swapped mid-session.
📷 Seal Photo Session
- Photos are available only after the show ends.
- Fee: 500 THB per person
- Includes: 4–5 photos + 1 video (about 10–15 seconds)
🔸 Children (under 80 cm in height) can join for free with 1 parent. In this case, only the adult’s fee applies.
- Only 1 person may enter and participate per photo session.
✅ All photo sessions can be reserved on-site, and payment is made on-site.
✅ If you’re uncomfortable taking photos with the animals, you may switch to another person before the photo session. However, refunds are not available after payment.
