This tour is not recommended for guests aged 70 or older, children under 4, or pregnant guests at any stage of pregnancy.

Under Thai insurance law, passengers under 15 or over 75 are covered for only 50% of the standard insurance benefit.; Guests with heart disease or other medical conditions must notify us in advance. Guests who participate without prior notice may be denied participation, and refunds will not be provided.; No refund will be provided if you choose not to participate in the water sports due to personal reasons.; Personal food, alcohol, and beverages are not allowed on board the yacht.; Alcohol may only be consumed by guests aged 18 and over.; If the operator proposes a schedule change and you are unable to agree on an alternative date, you will receive a full refund.; The tour schedule may change depending on weather conditions and local circumstances.

Refunds are not available for cancellations due to a change of mind. However, cancellations caused by severe weather conditions as officially announced by the meteorological agency are eligible for a 100% refund.

In the event of a brief shower or scattered rain, the operator may reschedule or postpone the tour depending on whether it is safe and feasible to proceed.; Pick-up is not available in Bangkok.; VIP seats C1 and C8 are daybed seats.
