What to Bring: Sandals or slippers, Towel, Comfortable clothing or swimsuit, Change of clothes (recommended)

Child policy: Children: Ages 4–10 and under 140 cm tall; Children under 10 years old but over 140 cm in height must be booked as Adult; ✅ Children aged 3 years old or younger must also be included in the reservation as they need a seat on the speed boat.

2. Weather-Related Cancellation
• Full refund if the speed boat cannot operate due to weather.
• No refund for voluntary cancellation after the tour operates as scheduled.

3. Snorkeling & Water Sports Refund Policy
• No refund if snorkeling is unavailable due to weather or algae. Playground access only.
• Additional water sports booked separately will be fully refunded if unavailable.
• If water sports cannot be used after the tour has started, refunds will be provided as follows:

4. Speed Boat Notice
• Due to bad weather conditions, the speed boat departure pier may be changed to Jomtien Beach.
• Any additional travel time caused by this safety-related change is not eligible for refund or compensation.

5. Contact for Changes or Cancellation
• Advance notice will be provided for any cancellation or changes.; ⚠️ Important Notice; 1. Luggage / Suitcase Policy
• Suitcases are generally not permitted on this tour.
• Advance notice is required. Luggage storage is available at Bali Hai Pier (100 THB/item, payable on-site).
• Large suitcases (28–30") are not recommended. Please leave them at the hotel if possible.

2. Medical Conditions
• Guests with heart disease or other medical conditions must notify the tour operator in advance.
• No refund if participation is refused due to failure to notify in advance.

3. Age & Safety
• Not recommended for pregnant guests, elderly guests, or those with back problems.
• Participation may be restricted for safety reasons. Refunds apply only to unused water sports.

1. Insurance Registration
• Required for insurance registration: Date of birth, passport number, and full name as shown on the passport.
• Passport copy/photo required for insurance registration.
⚠️ No insurance coverage will be provided if incorrect information is submitted.

2. Coverage & Claim Process
• Maximum coverage under Thailand local accident insurance: 500,000 THB
• Medical expenses (excluding cases caused by personal negligence) will be paid directly to the hospital.
• Cash compensation will not be provided.

3. Insurance Coverage Period
• Insurance is valid only on the tour date.
• In case of an accident, guests must visit the hospital on the same day.; 🔸Pickup Information; Round-trip pickup and drop-off will be provided by songthaew. The meeting point is the hotel main lobby.
For villas, pool villas, and condominiums, pickup is available at the main entrance or security office of the villa complex.; The exact pickup time will be provided individually via the messenger app registered at the time of booking between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the day before the tour.
※ Please enable the messenger ID search setting before the tour. Otherwise, pickup information may not be delivered.; The pickup location cannot be changed on the day of the tour.; 🔸Guests Without Hotel Pickup; Guests who do not use the pickup service must arrive at Bali Hai Pier before 08:20 AM.

2. Life jackets are provided only when boarding the boat and are not available during free time at the beach.
3. Guests may ask the guide or staff to take photos. Professional photographers and drone photography are not available.
4. The second Wednesday of every month is the Thai government’s beach-cleaning day.
