- Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is proud to present an ethical and sustainable eco-tourism project in which customers will learn how to take care of elephants and describe the way we treat our elephants to raise awareness and educate people from all over the world about elephant care. Regarding this, our mission is to provide as many elephants as possible with good health, freedom and happiness they truly deserve.

Pick-up times are scheduled in 30-minute intervals, making it difficult to announce the exact pick-up time. Please be ready for pick-up at the hotel lobby starting from 06:30.
- 07:00 Drive to Khao Mai Kaew area.
- 08:00 Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya
Welcome snacks and tea time, followed by program details and elephant-related information.

Feeding and photography
- 09:00 Elephant Mud Spa
- 10:00 Shower, meal and activity

Approximately 30–45 minutes' drive southeast from downtown Pattaya.

Enjoy welcome snacks with tea or coffee.

When the program begins, the tour guide will provide safety instructions and share educational information about elephants.
- 11:10
Meet the elephants, feed, interact, and take memorable photos with them in a natural setting.
- 11:50 Bathe with elephants at the outdoor elephant swimming pool.
Afterward, you will use the shower facilities to freshen up, dry off, and change into new clothes.

- Guests who are pregnant or wheelchair bound are required to inform Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket of their condition, you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you understand you will be participating in a tour that involves large animals.
- Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions (vegetarian), mobility difficulties, or contagious diseases.

- Free pick up from Pattaya city, Jomtien Beach.

Meeting Point: Ekkamai Bus Terminal (parking lot).
Please contact before booking to confirm dates and times. - To ensure a smooth pickup, please be waiting in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
- If there are multiple lobbies, please wait at the Main Lobby. For villas, pool villas, or condos, the meeting point is the main entrance or the security guard house.
- Please understand that the driver cannot wait for late arrivals, even if you contact us in advance, out of respect for other joined guests.
- If you miss the pickup, it will be treated as a No-Show, and no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be possible. Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid any issues.
- Private pickup is available for groups of 13 or more (additional charges apply). Please request this service in advance if you wish to use it.
- Luggage storage is available during the pickup and tour, but extra fees may apply depending on the size. If you have luggage, please provide the size and quantity when booking.

If you are booked for the "Feed Me" program and would like to use shuttle service, you can board the shuttle at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya Office.

- The tour operates as normal even on rainy days. No refunds will be provided if you choose not to participate based on your own judgment.

- Tour photos will be uploaded to Facebook.
- Elephant Jungle Sanctuary do not force elephants to do any activity that they don’t want to do. As well as in the Mud spa and shower that also depends on the elephant's satisfaction.
- Elephant Jungle Sanctuary make sure that our guides are trained to be proactive on sustainability training.
