What to Bring
Please bring a copy of your passport photo page (or your passport number). The weather can be very hot, so we recommend bringing a hat or sunglasses for sun protection. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen. You may also wish to bring a change of clothes, a towel, swimwear, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and slip-on shoes suitable for wearing in muddy areas.
Child policy
Children aged 3 and under are free of charge.
The child rate applies to children aged 4 to 10.

Guests traveling with children are responsible for paying close attention to their safety.

Hotel Pick-up is included in this tour. Pick-up from hotels in Ao Luek, Ao Nam Mao Area & Pier, Ao Nang, Ao Thalane Area, Khaothong, Klong Muang, Krabi Town, Nong Thalay, Nopparat Thara Area & Pier, and Tubkaak Beach area may be free of charge or subject to an additional fee.

Pick-up may be delayed slightly due to traffic, so please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth Pick-up.

If you are late for the Meeting Point time, please contact us in advance. However, we cannot wait due to other guests on the Join(shared tour). Late arrivals will be considered a No-Show and will not be eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive in advance and on time.
Pick-up is available in the areas listed above, but hotels in outlying areas may incur an additional Pick-up fee or may not be eligible for Pick-up. Please enter the exact name and address of your accommodation in the special requests field. We will check with the tour operator and let you know whether Pick-up is available, unavailable, or subject to an additional fee.
As the elephants are not forced to participate in activities, the mud spa and shower times may be adjusted accordingly.
If the number of adults, children, or infants differs from the number specified in your booking, seating may be uncomfortable and the tour may be difficult to operate. Please provide the accurate number of participants.
The tour will proceed even in light rain. Please wait for your Pick-up.

If it rains heavily enough before the tour to make it impossible to operate, the tour operator will contact you, usually on the day before or the day of the tour. After speaking with the operator, we will call you with the details. In some cases, the operator may inform you while you are on the way in the vehicle.

As the tour may be canceled due to weather conditions, please provide a contact number where you can be reached. If the operator determines that the tour cannot proceed due to poor weather, a refund will be available.

However, a full refund will not be provided if you decide not to participate on your own. A full refund will also not be provided if the weather deteriorates after the tour has started and you are unable to continue.
Please note that we are not responsible for delayed Pick-ups.
If your Pick-up is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will check with the tour operator.
Please take extra care of your personal safety and belongings, including cash and valuables. Rings are especially easy to lose in the mud or water and can be very difficult to recover. Please note that we are not responsible for lost valuables.
We are not responsible for injuries caused by your own negligence.
Tip! That’s the problem.
We may not be used to tipping, so knowing when and how much to tip can be confusing.
As Thailand has a well-developed tourism industry, tipping is a natural part of the culture at tourist destinations.
It is therefore customary to give your Guide a small tip as a token of appreciation.
While tipping is not mandatory, if you enjoyed the tour, we recommend giving around 100–200 baht per group as a courtesy tip. ^^
Large suitcases? Here’s the problem.
Have you checked out of your hotel and are wondering whether you can join the tour with your suitcase? As tours are often fully booked these days, suitcases cannot be brought along when joining the tour.

When there are many guests, bringing additional luggage may inconvenience other participants, so please take note.
