Child policy
For safety reasons, children aged 3 and under are not permitted to join the tour.
Children aged 4 to 11 are charged the child rate.

Guests traveling with children are responsible for paying particular attention to their children’s safety.

This tour departs once a minimum of 4 guests has been booked.
If the minimum number of guests is not met by the day before departure, the tour may be canceled.
(If the tour cannot operate, we will contact you individually regarding changes or cancellation.)
🎒 What to Bring
It is recommended to wear flip-flops or sandals. Please bring your own towel, or borrow one from your hotel.

Wear comfortable clothing or a swimsuit. If you wear a swimsuit, please cover up with an outer layer.

You may also want to prepare a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a change of clothes, a waterproof pouch, aqua shoes, extra spending money, insect repellent, and other essentials.
✅ Pick-up Information
Free Pick-up Areas: Ao Nang, Krabi Town (Mueng Town), Tubkaak, and Klong Muang
Additional Pick-up charges may apply, or Pick-up may be unavailable in other areas. We will provide separate information if an additional charge applies or Pick-up is unavailable.
Pick-up and transportation are operated as a Join(shared tour), so pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes.

If your pick-up is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll check the status for you.
🌧️ The tour will operate in rainy weather.
The tour will proceed even in light rain.
If you decide not to join the tour, refunds may not be available.
✅ Important Information
Depending on the weather, the speedboat may experience strong jolts, so this tour is not recommended for elderly guests or those with back problems.
For safety reasons, this tour is not suitable for pregnant guests.
If you have any medical conditions or special requirements, please contact us before the tour. Please note that we may be unable to assist if an issue occurs without prior consultation.
