💡 Important Information When Booking
Guests aged 70 or over, children under 4, and those with high blood pressure or heart disease, as well as pregnant guests, cannot participate. A weight limit of under 120kg also applies.
⚠️ Pick-up Information
To ensure a smooth Pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time.

If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby. For villas, pool villas, and condominiums (villa complexes), please meet at the main entrance or security office.

If you are running late for the Meeting Point, please contact us in advance. However, we cannot wait due to other Join(shared tour) guests.

Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show and will not be eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive early and on time.

Lam Kaen, Khao Lak Beach, Nang Thong Beach, Bang Niang Beach, Pakarang Beach
📝 Pick-up requests from outlying areas,
Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center. For hotels in outlying areas, an additional Pick-up fee may apply, or Pick-up may not be available.

Please enter the exact name and address of your accommodation in the request field. We will check with the tour operator and let you know whether Pick-up is unavailable or if an additional fee applies.
🧳Luggage Policy
If you have luggage, a charge of 300 baht applies per piece.
☔ Weather Information
The tour will operate even in light rain.
If you choose not to participate based on your own assessment of the weather conditions, a full refund will not be provided.

We recommend leaving your valuables at the hotel.

🔸Insurance Information
Accident insurance is provided in accordance with the limits set by Thai law, and compensation is available only up to the amounts specified in the insurance policy.
This insurance covers only treatment and medical expenses resulting from accidents during your trip and is valid only within Thailand.
🎒 What to Bring
Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a small amount of emergency cash, and insect repellent
We recommend comfortable shorts, short-sleeved tops, and sneakers or shoes that provide ankle support.
🔸 Additional Information
The timing and itinerary may change depending on circumstances on the day of the tour.
If you do not follow the staff’s instructions or guidance, the tour may be terminated without a refund.
If you feel unwell, tired, or unable to complete the course, please inform your Guide first.
