-
After approximately 45 minutes of travel, you will arrive at Khao Wang, also known as Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park.
This is one of Phetchaburi Province’s most iconic attractions.
The site is known for its white chedis (stupas) and buildings, which are visible from a distance. Ancient ruins stand atop the mountain at an elevation of 92 meters above sea level.
- Wat Mahathat Worawihan
-
The next stop is Wat Mahathat, a dazzling white temple in the heart of the city.
At its center stands a 42-meter-high, five-tiered Ayutthaya-style prang (corn-shaped tower), decorated with delicate stucco reliefs.
These decorations are characteristic of Phetchaburi’s local artisans and can be seen throughout the city.
- Tham Khao Luang Cave

Filled with magnificent stalactites, the cave is considered one of Thailand’s most beautiful cave temples.
