As this is a natural phenomenon beyond our control or prediction, refunds cannot be issued for this reason.

For a smooth Pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time.
If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby.
For villas, pool villas, and condos (villa complexes), please meet at the main entrance or security office.
If you are running late, please contact us in advance. However, the vehicle cannot wait due to other Join(shared tour) guests.
Late arrivals will be treated as No-Shows and are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive in advance and do not be late. -
As this is a Join(shared tour) with other tourists, Pick-up and transportation may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes.
If your Pick-up is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll check the status for you. - ❗ Important Information
