🚩 Join(shared tour) Information
This tour departs once a minimum of 4 guests have booked.
If the minimum number of guests is not reached by the day before departure, the tour may be canceled.
If departure is not possible, we will contact you individually to arrange a schedule change or cancellation.
🚐 Pick-up Information
Hotel Pick-up is included.
Please check your voucher for the exact time and cost.
Pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes depending on the preceding group.
⚠️ Pick-up Information
For a smooth Pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby.

For villas, pool villas, and condominiums (villa complexes), please meet at the main entrance or security office.

If you are running late for the scheduled Meeting Point time, please contact us in advance. However, the vehicle cannot wait due to other guests on the Join(shared tour).

Late arrivals will be considered a No-Show and are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive early and be ready on time.
📝 When requesting Pick-up in outlying areas
Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center. For hotels in outlying areas, an additional Pick-up fee may apply, or Pick-up may not be available.

Please enter the exact name and address of your accommodation in the request field. We will check with the tour operator and let you know whether Pick-up is available and if any additional fee applies.

Please bring sneakers, a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
We also recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat in case of rain.
Please prepare swimwear (ideally worn under your clothes), a towel, and a change of clothes.

To arrange insurance coverage, the booking holder’s information (passport name in English and passport number) is required.

The tour may be discontinued if you do not follow staff instructions or guidance. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
